Ingredients
1 pie crust
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 TB butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup light cream or milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
Directions:
Saute
onions and mushrooms. Put in
bottom of pie shell. Mix the other ingredients and pour over. Bake 35-40 min. at 375.
